I was only 4 years old when she moved to Wadsworth Street in Maine. My family used to visit just about every summer when I was young. Those are some of the happiest memories of my life. She would bake fresh blueberry pies and homemade bread. I can still remember how wonderful the house smelled while she was baking. We used to go to Rockport to see Andre the seal. We took trips up and down the coast of Maine. I remember playing games and doing puzzles and reading with my grandmother. She was a lot of fun. I am glad that I moved to Massachusetts in the late 1990s so that I could spend more time with her. We always had fun taking road trips and just hanging out and talking. I miss you Grandma. The world just isn't the same without you.
