Ray and I use to travel the country roads of Maine, searching for antique and collector cars throughout southern Maine. Whenever I felt the hungry urge, I would start looking for the next country diner. Ray would say "Don't tell me you are going to eat...AGAIN ?? We would pull in for a "mug up" and have a few laughs. We met lots of friendly folks along the way, and sometimes find a car to buy, and sometimes not. But we always had a good time, and when we came back to Ray's house, we would find Viola standing in the doorway, with a big smile and a friendly word or two. MEMORIES NEVER FORGOTTEN.
Nobody knew cars better than Raymond, he spent over 35 years as a body man and mechanic, and rebuilt a Model A Ford from the ground up. What a guy !
And Music, he was Mr. Music to me with his guitar, keyboard , and love for music.
