Theresa “Terri” B. Maguire died peacefully with family and friends at her side, Thursday, January 28, 2016, at Coves Edge, Damariscotta Maine.

Terri was born on November 26, 1932 in Grand Lake Stream, Maine. Terri grew up in Grand Lake Stream. She moved to Schenectady, NY to finish her high school years. She moved to Connecticut after graduating, where she took a secretarial position. Terri then married and raised her family in Andover, CT. Terri moved back to Maine in 1972. Terri was an avid baker, even turning the hobby into small businesses at times throughout her life. Terri loved Grand Lake Stream. She found the time after retirement to move back to her childhood and family hometown. She had numerous hobbies, and her days were filled with the laughter of children and the love of family.

Terri was predeceased by parents, Earl and Ethel Brown, Grand Lake Stream; brother, Vinal Brown, Grand Lake Stream; and sister, Francis Gamage, South Bristol. Surviving her are her four children, Gerry Estabrook, Brooksville; Michael Estabrook and wife, Ann, Waldoboro; Sharon Knight, Waldoboro; and Richard Maguire and wife, Lisa, Waldoboro. Surviving are Terri’s grandchildren, Michael Estabrook, Jr., CT; W. Patrick King, Waldoboro; Jason King and wife Miranda, Auburn; Kristen Lane and husband Chuck, CA; Heather Winchenbach and husband Jason, Waldoboro; Bekah Winchenbach and husband Josh, Round Pond; Lottie Wincapaw and husband Stephen Hunt, Saco; Gabe Delano, Waldoboro; Andrew Maguire, Waldoboro; Abby Maguire, Waldoboro. Terri also is survived by 19 great-grandchildren.

There will be a Celebration of Terri’s life, the week of July 4, 2016 in Grand Lake Stream, Maine.
