He shared this honor with his wife Anna and they spent that year traveling to many places, raising money for The Ronald McDonald Houses in Portland and Bangor. Robert was loved by his family and was a good friend to many. He will be remembered and missed by all.

Robert leaves his wife Anna (Brewer) Morton of 47 years. He is survived by his son, Robert Wallace Morton, Sr., and his wife Kim of East Boothbay; 2 grandsons, Robert Morton Jr., and his wife Amy of Orrington, ME; and Connor Morton of Boothbay; he is also survived by three sisters, Dottie Kirouac of Connecticut, Ernestine Townsend of Hollis, ME, and Mary Smale, of Friendship, ME; two brothers, Ernest Morton of East Boothbay,ME and Ricky Morton of Bath, ME.
