Ronald A. Pratt, Sr.

On March 16th 2018, Mr. Ronald A. Pratt, Sr., a lifelong resident of Cumberland, Rhode Island passed away in Portland, Maine.

A loving husband to Janet L. (Simoneau) Pratt, a father and grandfather, he was the former owner and president of Ronald Pratt Company of Cumberland, Rhode Island.

A jewelry manufacturer for over 50 years, he was a former member of the Manufacturer, Jewelers and Silversmiths of America, The Providence Jeweler’s Club, and the 24 Karat Club. He proudly served our country as a veteran of the United States Marine Corps and served abroad in Korea.

He and his wife Janet summered in the Booth Bay Harbor area. He was a close community member and friend to all who knew him and will be dearly missed.

He leaves his wife Janet also of Cumberland and children; Robert Pratt of Lyman, NH, Robin Crow of Salinas, KS, Ronald A. Pratt, Jr of Portsmouth, RI, Renee Pratt of Danielson, CT and Rhonda Harmon of Woonsocket, RI.
