Obituary for Nathan Edwin Brewer

Nathan Edwin Brewer, 30, passed away March 5, 2018 at his mother’s home in Wiscasset. Nathan was born on June 27, 1987 in Boothbay Harbor to Edwin L. Brewer, Jr. and Pauline (Barter) Brewer. He graduated from Boothbay Region High School in the class of 2005. Nathan was very excited to be accepted in the CMCC Welding Program which he was to begin in April.

He worked several years in landscaping, construction, and most recently working for his brother, Donnie Clark’s Tree Service. He was a hard worker, and would help anyone he met. Nathan loved spending time with his daughters, Lilly and Annabelle.

He was an avid outdoorsman. He spent time trail riding on dirt bikes and ATVs. He loved hunting, fishing, and camping with his family. He would cheer on his favorite teams, the Pittsburgh Steelers and Pittsburgh Penguins. He is predeceased by his maternal grandparents, Warren S. Barter and Abbie J. Barter; paternal grandparents, Edwin L. Brewer, Sr. and Lorraine (Emmett) Brewer.

He is survived by his mother, Pauline E. (Barter) Brewer of Wiscasset, Father, Edwin L. Brewer, Jr. and his wife Jackie of Lewiston, Brothers, James R. Clark of Wiscasset, Donald R. Clark and his wife Sarah of Edgecomb, Step-brother, Matthew P. Richard of Auburn, Sisters, Heather L. Brewer of Newcastle, Nancy E. Pepper and her husband Benjamin of Gardiner, and Step-sister, Renee A. Richard of Otisfield.

Friends are welcome to join the family for a time of visitation from 5 to 7 p.m. on March 11th at the Hall Funeral Home, 975 Wiscasset Road, Boothbay. The service to celebrate Nathan’s life will be held at 1 p.m. on March 12th at the Hall Funeral Home. Burial will follow in the Evergreen Cemetery in Boothbay.
